Job Title: Aesthetic Doctor

Reports To: Medical Director / Clinic Manager

Job Summary

• The Aesthetic Doctor is responsible for providing expert non-invasive and minimally invasive cosmetic treatments to clients, including laser procedures, skin rejuvenation, body contouring, and other anti-aging solutions.
• This role combines medical knowledge with aesthetic artistry to deliver safe, effective, and satisfactory outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilitiesa
Clinical Duties:

• Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations and skin assessments.
• Recommend and perform appropriate aesthetic treatments such as:
  • Laser hair removal
  • Skin resurfacing
  • Botox and dermal filler injections
  • PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) treatments
  • Chemical peels
  • Microneedling
  • Body contouring procedures
  • Develop and monitor personalized treatment plans for clients.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient history, treatment plans, and follow-ups.

Treatment Safety & Compliance:

• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, infection control, and equipment maintenance.
• Educate clients about post-treatment care and expected outcomes.
• Identify and manage any complications or adverse effects appropriately.
• Stay updated on industry trends, innovations, and regulatory compliance in aesthetic medicine.

Clinic Support & Client Relations:

• Collaborate with aestheticians, nurses, and other team members to ensure seamless client experience.
• Uphold client confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism at all times.
• Assist in promotional campaigns, client retention efforts, and brand representation when required.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
• Valid license to practice medicine in Nigeria (MDCN registration).
• Certification or training in aesthetic medicine (Botox, fillers, laser, etc.) is mandatory.
• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in an aesthetics or dermatology clinic.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional demeanor and passion for aesthetics and skin health.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
