Job Title: Associate Project Manager

Job Summary
As the Associate Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company by driving impactful projects in a thriving and dynamic environment.
Partnering with the Head of Operations, team leads, and external collaborators, you’ll ensure seamless project execution, on-time delivery, and alignment with our ambitious goals.

Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with the Founder and Head of Operations to turn visionary business strategies into actionable plans, tracking progress on company objectives and helping to drive growth and profitability while ensuring alignment with our mission
Support the Head of Operations to coordinate the seamless operation of diverse business units by supporting team leads, coordinating workstreams, and empowering team members to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with established business goals
Support the Head of Operations in maintaining a comprehensive Company budget and performing financial analyses
Spearhead the optimization and development of existing and new processes, systems, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance company-wide efficiency, to preserve institutional knowledge and ensure smooth operational continuity
Collaborate with internal teams and product specialists to bring new products and initiatives to life, guiding their launch and incubation phases
Support the exploration of opportunities for market expansion and management of special projects that pave the way for future growth, assuming project management responsibilities
Oversee the management of company archives and databanks, ensuring all documentation is meticulously organized and readily accessible
Document stakeholder feedback and share lessons learned to foster continuous improvement and organizational excellence
Other tasks as assigned by the Head of Operations.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments, and is committed to elevating the organisational structure, systems and processes required to execute emerging business priorities.
A strong eye for detail, excellent interpersonal skills and a knack for optimising processes are essential.
Other key requirements include:
At least 5 years of project management experience (preferably within the arts, culture or creative industries); Certification in project management is a plus
Strong cultural alignment with ART X’s values of excellence, ownership, kindness, integrity - consistently going the extra mile as a catalyst for change
Proven track record of executing projects that drive results while staying on schedule and budget
Exceptional organizational, strategic thinking, and communication skills
A collaborative mindset with the ability to work across diverse teams
Exceptional organizational and project management skills, capable of multitasking and meeting tight deadlines
Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills
A genuine passion for art and culture
Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Docs
